Cruise with Chef Camille Le Caer- Fri June 14, 2024

Join us for delicious and exclusive tasting experience with Chef Camille La Caer!

Born in Brittany, France, Chef Camille trained in both savory and sweet cuisine at Lycee Hotelier de Dinard and CFA Ploufragen before working in several Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. After moving to the U.S. to work in acclaimed NYC French restaurants, Chef Camille is now a private chef in Western New York. Chef Camille has participated in multiple Food Network shows including Guy’s Grocery Games, Chopped, and currently, 24in24.

Hop aboard the Grand Lady to sample Chef Camille’s delicious cuisine, highlighting the depth of his training in both flavors and technique. Includes a 2.5 hour Sunset Cruise with live music, champagne at boarding, and a delicious multi-course tasting menu of small plates catered by Chef Camille and his team.

Fully stocked bar aboard to purchase drinks. Boarding at 6:30pm, sailing 7:00-9:30pm from 275 Ganson St. Buffalo.

– Ceviche with Shrimp and Fresh Catch of the Day, with sweet potatoes, Peruvian corn, & fresh guacamole
– Ham & Cheese Croquette with Aioli
– Braised Short Rib with Carrot
– Choux A La Crème- Cream Puff with vanilla custard glaze in caramel
– Chocolate Mousse with shaved chocolate & vanilla whipped cream

Father’s Day Family Friendly Brunch Cruise! – Sunday June 16th

While our weekly Bubbly Brunch Cruise is normally 21+, we don’t want anyone to have to miss out on the fun for Father’s Day.  On Sunday June 16th, our brunch is open to guests of all ages to help celebrate Dad.  Sailing 11:00am – 1:00pm, climb aboard for a two hour harbor cruise with live music by Chris Maloney and a delicious brunch buffet catered by GLC Catering.

Brunch Menu:

Fresh Fruit, Tossed House Salad, Oven Roasted Potato Wedges, Vegetarian Frittata, French Toast Casserole, and Grilled Ham.

$66 pp for Adults, $33 for kids 12 and under; $15 for toddlers

We have three special BBQ buffet dinner cruises booked with Southern Junction Texish Smokehouse!  James Beard Award Finalist, Chef Ryan Fernandez combines his Texan and Indian backgrounds into a brand new culinary experience.   Available dates: Wednesday June 19th, July 31st, and Aug 28th.  Boarding at 6:30pm, sailing 7:00-9:00pm.
