Afternoon Cruise in Buffalo, NY

Join us for a 90-minute afternoon river cruise and take a trip back in time with a tour of the waterways that turned Buffalo into one of the biggest and richest cities in the world. Featuring live narration, our sightseeing cruise glides by the largest collection of standing grain elevators in the country while you learn about the history of the Erie Canal, Buffalo Harbor, and the city of Buffalo itself.

Enjoy a beautiful afternoon on the water as you cruise by the best historic sites in the area. Bring the whole family down for a trip through Buffalo’s past, present, and future. It’s an afternoon to remember!

We like to think of our narration as a Highlights Tour of Buffalo’s waterfront. This means that while we are sure to let you know where we are and what you are looking at, you will still have plenty of time in between to relax and chat with your friends and family.  Weather permitting, our tour takes you along the Buffalo River from Ohio St to Lake Erie.  From there, we typically head down the Black Rock Canal to the Peace Bridge before returning to Buffalo River.  During windy days the Captain may choose a route in Buffalo’s Outer Harbor in order to maintain a smoother, more enjoyable ride for all our guests.

This is a non meal cruise.  There is a full cash bar available on board for drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) and light snacks like chips.  We recommend grabbing food before or after your cruise next door at Buffalo RiverWorks or across the river at the Swannie House, Resurgence Brewery, or Hartman’s Distillery!
