In our 15 year history, the Grand Lady has hosted just about any type of social event you can imagine including weddings, showers, engagement parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions. We also specialize in corporate parties ranging from customer appreciation cruises to employee outings and team building events. Regardless of the occasion, the Grand Lady is the perfect venue for your next summer outing.
When renting the boat for your event, our exclusive charters give you and your group exclusive use of the Grand Lady. The flat-rate hourly charter fee provides your party with all facilities on board, crew to operate vessel, and cash bar. Food and beverage packages are in addition to the charter rate and you can customize these packages to be as elaborate or as simple as you would like.

NO ONE UNDER AGE 21 CAN BE INCLUDED IN BAR PACKAGE. PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED.
Shot drinks are not available with bar packages.
Each guest is limited to a maximum of 2 drinks per visit to the bar.
Only Grand Lady Cruises is authorized to sell and serve alcoholic beverages on the premises in accordance with regulations of the State Liquor Authority. All liquor, beer, and wine consumed and/or sold on the premises must be purchased from and served by Grand Lady Cruises.

NEW FOR 2013: The Grand Lady's homeport is Rich Marina, located at 5 Austin St in Buffalo. Additional docksites (Erie Basin Marina in downtown Buffalo, Holiday Inn Grand Island, etc.) may be available for additional fees including $300 per hour travel fee. Other restrictions or fees may apply.

Charter Rates provide for exclusive use of The Grand Lady (facilities on board, crew to operate vessel, cash bar, and sail rain or shine). Food and beverage packages are in addition to charter rate.
Severe Weather: 
In the case of severe weather, a decision will be made at time of departure. If the Captain determines it is too threatening to sail, the event will take place dockside and no refund of charter rate will be granted.
Dockside Charter Rate: $300 per hour (plus minimum)

Deposit & Payments
- 50% of charter rate due 10 days from date of reservation
- Balance of charter due 30 days prior to cruise date.
- Food and beverage package guarantee counts and payment due 7 days prior to cruise date.
- Charters without alcohol bar service, additional charter fee may apply.
- While the Grand Lady is a smoke-free vessel for all of our public cruises, for private events held on board, cigarette smoking may be permitted on the bow deck only at customer's request.
- In case of any unforeseen increase in business cost, surcharges may be applied.
- All food and beverage must be purchased from Grand Lady or its designated caterer.
