Once you have decided on a menu, simply let Grand Lady Cruises know what you would like to order and your approximate number of guests and we will coordinate with our caterers on your behalf. The final count and payment for the food will be due to Grand Lady Cruises 10 days prior to your cruise date.

All food served on board must be purchased through the Grand Lady from our designated caterer.* The only exception to this policy is for celebration cakes/cupcakes. If bringing a cake on board, please give us advance notice so we can make sure we have a table ready for it. We also ask you bring the necessary plates, forks, and napkins with you and we are happy to cut and serve the cake for you. Please note there is no refrigeration available on board for cake storage.
*If you would like to use your own licensed catering company for your cruise, an outside catering fee of $5 per person will be charged. Please note our catering menus provide all linen, china, etc. necessary for the meal, as well as the service, so if you did decide to go with an outside caterer, please make sure they are aware they will need to handle all supplies and service as well.
