    Charter Rates provide for exclusive use of The Grand Lady (facilities on board, crew to operate vessel, cash bar, and sail rain or shine). Food and beverage packages are in addition to charter rate. Above rates are for departures from and return to Holiday Inn Grand Island NY.

    Severe Weather In the case of severe weather, a decision will be made at time of departure. If the Captain determines it is too threatening to sail, the event will take place dockside and no refund of charter rate will be granted.

    Deposit & Payments
  • 50% of charter rate due 10 days from date of reservation
  • Balance of charter due 30 days prior to cruise date.
  • Food and beverage package guarantee counts and payment due 7 days prior to cruise date.
  • Charters without alcohol bar service, additional charter fee may apply.
  • In case of any unforeseen increase in business cost, surcharges may be applied.
  • All food and beverage must be purchased from Grand Lady or its designated caterer.
  • Please inquire about wheelchair accessibility.

    Shot drinks are not available with bar packages.

    Each guest is limited to a maximum of 2 drinks per visit to the bar.

    Only Grand Lady Cruises is authorized to sell and serve alcoholic beverages on the premises in accordance with regulations of the State Liquor Authority. All liquor, beer, and wine consumed and/or sold on the premises must be purchased from and served by Grand Lady Cruises.
